Pizza Revolution is thrilled to be a part of the Melbourne Polytechnic Business and Hospitality Open Day which will offer tasters and teasers for the life you dream about. Need another reason or more of a push to pursue that dream career in hospitality? There will be numerous informative and interactive demonstrations in the following areas: Baking, Chocolate, Gelato, Pastry, Mocktails, Coffee Art and last but not least, our favourite passion - PIZZA making!
We are pleased to also have our renowned and famous Pizza Master Chef Youssef Ben Touati working with us once again to make this another memorable day. Don't miss out on the opportunity to sample delicious authentic pizzas and you will also be surely impressed by the acrobatica demonstrations (as always!).

Take tours through the state-of-the-art hospitality kitchens, dine at St Georges – the on campus training restaurant – become involved in information sessions, circuits and workshops.
Take home produce carefully prepared, displayed and sold by current students. Join in cooking and baking demonstrations and if coffee is your thing (hey, you’re in Melbourne – coffee is your thing) hone the perfect fern and heart in coffee art. There are numerous workshops and demonstrations on offer, see the extended list below.
Take time out for inspiration with presentations by Evan Shellshear PhD, on Innovation Excellence; and Dario D’Agostino, Executive Director, Hospitality Consultant and passionate advocate for business and cuisine.
There will be loads of activities throughout the day including a working wardrobe, student art, music performed by students, jumping castles and many things kid-friendly.
